Good or bad?

You're a pigeon trapped inside a cafeteria/concourse/common area in a university.
There's no other pigeon folk in the building, which makes you sad as you get lonely and have no one to coo at.
You do however have unimpeded access to ALL THE CRUMBS and all; the shelter.

Although, you don't have any sticks to make a nest out of and the floor is made of shiny marble, so you slip over a lot.

Is this a good thing or a bad thing?

Pigeons of the world, I want to know your opinions.

*sniffles* I feel sorry for that poor pigeon. Having all the crumbs in the world is no substitute for friends, a nest and not slipping when you're trying to walk.

Um, who picks up the pigeon poop?!

They should help him find his way out!!

Poor little fellow.

(How freaky - I just saw this and it's kinda how I reckon he'd feel!: http://www.newyorker.com/online/video/2008/04/21/080421_elevators)

Good that you spelt pigeon without the 'd.' I hate it when people spell it pidgeon.
Definitely bad I reckon. Pigeons are pack scavangers through and through in my opinion

At least indoors he won't get eaten by any hawks or lions or whatever Ken has let loose in the streets of the capital now. I think it's bad though, there's plenty of crumbs outside...

dune: But FREE CRUMBS!!? Free crumbs are what every pigeon goes to church for- Eternal free crumbs. And this lucky pigeon can have that. Without being dead.

technodoll: I don't know, but seeing as we're in England, they probably employ someone full-time to clean up after it. But it's seriously nasty. I hadn't thought of that part.

enny: That's crazy. I'd go insane I think. It'd make a good setting for a short film though... Hmm...

gnugs: Are you saying I'm going crazy? It may be true.

robbie: Hola! Yeah, I like to think of this little pigeon as a lone wolf. Out on his own to start a new breed of pigeons that get respect. And shit way less.

fd: I think the last things Ken let loose were bumblebees coated in a necrotising fasciitis. Pigeons stand no chance against flesh eating bacteria and or extreme pH levels. Have you seen their little dissolved stump legs before?
